Our Cottage Flowers and Gifts on-line store is easy to navigate. You can browse our categories by simply clicking on an area of interest, such as, Floral-Bouquets. When you see something you like within the category, click the product picture for more information and a closer picture. At any time, you can always click your browser’s “Back” button and return to the previous page. On product listing pages, you can click ”Previous Page,” “Next Page,” or a "Page Number" to move back and forth. To return to our Home Page, click “Home,” always found on the navigation bar at the top or bottom of your screen.

Finding just what you want at cottageflowersandgifts.net is quick and easy. Just type what you’re looking for in the “Search Product Catalog” box on the left side of your screen. For example, type in “chocolate” and click. All currently available gift baskets containing “chocolates” will appear on your screen. Whatever you’re looking for will quickly appear for your convenience. It’s that simple!

You can view a larger product picture and more details about a product on your search results screen. Click anywhere on the picture and you’ll see additional product information and a larger product image. For, yet, a closer look, click on the product image again.

Adding Cottage Flowers and Gifts products to your shopping cart is quick and easy. First, choose the item that you would like to purchase. Next to the product picture you will see an order box that lists the price, shipping charges, and quantity. There is also a place for you to choose where you would like the product sent—“to me” or “to another recipient.” If you would like to purchase the item, continue by clicking “Add to Cart” and your item will be added to your “shopping cart.” A response will immediately appear on your screen telling you that the selection is available and has been added to your cart. (You can delete any item or change the items in your cart at any time.) Continue on with other selection or you may go directly to the “Shopping Cart” tab at the top or bottom of your screen to checkout.

You will also notice on the bottom of each product page “Share a gift idea with a friend.” Here is a great opportunity for you to exchange gift ideas with family and friends! Let other members of your family or your friends know about gift ideas from Cottage Flowers and Gifts that might be the perfect solution for some-one's birthday, special occasions, a coming holiday or “just because.” Complete the e-mail note field and click “Send Now.” Your recipients will respond directly back to you!

At any time, you can review the contents of your Cottage Flowers and Gifts cart by simply clicking “Shopping Cart” at the top or bottom of your screen. You can also make any adjustments to your cart (see below). Click “Continue Shopping” to keep shopping. Or, if you’re finished shopping and ready to complete the order, click “Begin Checkout.”

To choose a new quantity, go to the quantity box which is next to the item in your cart. Then, simply delete the old amount and enter your new quantity and click “Adjust.” You will notice that the “Total Price” reflects your change.

You may also remove items from your Cottage Flowers and Gifts shopping cart by clicking on “Remove From Shopping Cart.

The “Shopping Cart” section shows all the selections you’ve made on one page, allowing you to review and verify your choices before submitting payment information. You will have the opportunity, if you wish, to edit the items in your shopping cart.

Once you have finished shopping, confirm your “Ship To” information for each item purchased. You will see either ship “to Me” or “To Another Recipient” highlighted. If shipping to someone other than yourself, please be sure that you have highlighted the correct box. Clicking on the “Add” tab will take you to a screen on which to enter the recipients shipping information and your personal gift message.

After you’ve filled in the Name and Shipping information, if you wish to purchase other Cottage Flowers and Gifts items, just click “Continue Shopping” to return to your cart and resume shopping.

If you wish to proceed to checkout at this point, and have a promotional code or coupon, please enter it in the “Redeem Coupon” box at the bottom of the page before you begin checking out.

If you are ready to checkout, just click “Begin Checkout.”

The secure payment page includes fields to enter your credit card information, displays your billing address, and shows your total order amount.

You may choose to use a major Credit Card or your Verified Paypal Account. We accept American Express, Visa, and Master Card.

You will also see a field in which to enter your shipping address for items being shipped to you.

If you would like to use your credit card billing address as the shipping address for those products that will be shipped to you, highlight either “Yes” or “No” in the Charge Card information window. If you choose “Yes,” you will not have to re-enter your address. (Please remember that we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.)

If you would like your items sent to a different address than your credit card address, please fill in the “Shipping Information” field.

We require all Cottage Flowers and Gifts customers to provide a contact number and an e-mail address to help ensure that your shipment is complete and on time. Please enter required data in the “Additional Information” field.

When you have entered and verified all the information on the “Payment Information” page is correct, click “Place Order.”

Once your order is processed, an "Order Confirmation" page will appear which includes your order number, an order recap, including shipping addresses and your total order amount. Should you ever need to contact us regarding your order, please refer to your order number when speaking to a customer service representative.
